Premier Gospel's Top 20 Hits of 2020

2020 was a whirlwind of a year with several losses and some wins. Countries went into lockdown, global economies crashed, businesses collapsed and sadly, precious lives were lost. Churches were uprooted from the comfort of their physical buildings and plonked into cyberspace leading many to redefine ‘church’ as we once knew it. The gospel industry’s vibrant concert and live event scene was eerily quiet in the first half of the year however resilient creatives bounced back in the second half delivering some of the most innovate virtual experiences to eager fans.

To quote American cultural icon Dick Clark:” Music is the soundtrack of our lives,” and judging by the 27% increase in Spotify Q3 2020 premium subscribers compared to Q3 2019, music has been a much-needed companion in our lives this year.

Here is the list of 2020's Biggest Hits:

1. Warm Embrace – Calledout Music

2. Sound of Victory – Limoblaze/Da Truth/Travis Greene
